Como funciona
Two coaxial discs — a fixed disc and a high-speed (4200 rpm) moving disc — face each other inside a stainless-steel grinding chamber. Both discs carry rings of teeth. Material fed from above is hit and sheared between the teeth, also colliding with itself, until pieces are small enough to pass the perimeter screen. The fine product exits through the discharge port into a cloth collection bag; air vents through the cloth weave while powder is retained.
Processo de funcionamento
