Como funciona

Tablets/pills/granules are loaded into the rotating coating pan (46 rpm, 15-45° adjustable tilt). The pan rotates clockwise in an orbital manner, tumbling and rubbing the batch so the manually-added coating syrup is evenly applied. The blower introduces hot air via inner and outer heating elements, rapidly drying the coating layer. Each cycle builds up a smooth, bright, anti-oxidant, moisture- and volatilization-proof sugar coating that masks taste and smell. With stable speed control the tablets trace the optimal motion curve for uniform coating.

Limpeza e manutenção

Pre-production: wipe outside and inside with clean damp cloth; wipe drum with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol for sterilization. Post-shift: same procedure. After each use, remove drum and clean residual powder.
