Wash/Peeler (peach): Caustic-pre-treated fruit is loaded into the rotating drum; continuous tumbling friction removes the loosened skin at >95% peeling rate. Wash water collects in the drip tray and exits via the drain outlet. Caustic Peeler (loquat): Fruit moves along a SUS304 link-plate chain conveyor under a steam-heated caustic lye overflow waterfall, uniformly softening the skin. Built-in impurity separator aids cleaning. Variable-speed conveyor adjusts residence time.
