Como funciona
Frozen meat is fed continuously into the 500 mm inner cylinder. A round (circular) cutter combined with a planing knife rotates at 700 rpm (cooked meat) or 1200 rpm (raw meat) to produce dice/shred/slice of the selected size (4-20 mm). Blade spacing/thickness adjustment is made manually via the left protective-cover mechanism.

1. Run the machine while cleaning; pour boiling water directly at the feed inlet or use a high-pressure water gun. 2. After cleaning, remove the round-knife set and planer set to dry; before next use apply food-grade grease to the knife-shaft holes. 3. Do NOT spray the touch screen or electrical box with the water gun. 4. Do NOT spray from bottom to top -- the base is open and direct spraying damages electrics, motor, and reducer.
