SED-2000LHF-J Ploughshare Mixer. For damp/caked powder materials. Drum Φ1200×1800 mm; drum wall 4 mm stainless steel; side plates 10 mm carbon steel + 2 mm stainless steel. Mixing volume 2000 L. Main shaft Φ102 mm with plough-type blades, main motor 55 kW @ 380V/50Hz, 120 rpm. Flying knives 7.5 kW @ 380V/50Hz, 3000 rpm, 4 units (2 left + 2 right). DN500 manhole feed inlet, DN168 pneumatic butterfly discharge valve, 600 mm discharge height. Multi-stage seals: nylon + standard oil seal + PTFE + air seal. Overall L3300×W1250×H2000 mm. Two-component PU anti-oxidation paint. Chint electrics with overload protection. 1–999 min mixing timer. Non-standard option: flat top. Product-contact uses 201 stainless steel; frame is carbon steel.
