Como funciona

Under vacuum (−0.09 to −0.096 MPa) the double-cone vessel rotates on its horizontal axis at 0–6 rpm. Steam or hot water circulates through the jacket (≤0.03 MPa), conducting heat through the shell wall to the wet material. As the vessel rotates, material continuously tumbles (inner/outer, up/down), accelerating moisture evaporation. The water vapour (or solvent vapour) diffuses into the low-pressure headspace and is evacuated by the vacuum pump through the exhaust manifold, achieving low-temperature, high-efficiency, uniform drying. Fill rate 30–50%; apex angle 90°–60° (selected per material slip angle).

Limpeza e manutenção

1. Rinse vessel interior with clean water after each batch. 2. Wipe all product-contact surfaces (interior shell, feed port, discharge valve, vacuum manifold) with 75% industrial alcohol. 3. Ensure vessel is fully dry before next use. 4. Inspect jacket fittings and vacuum seals for leaks before each run.
