SED-2-1-1XGS-A vial liquid filling, stoppering and rolling-cap machine. Performs automatic infeed, filling, stopper feeding/pressing, cap loading and three-knife rolling. Uses VFD-controlled drive, indexing turret, peristaltic-pump filling, fan-plate reciprocating stoppering, and three-knife capping. No-bottle-no-fill interlock for safe operation. GMP-compliant. Designed for 10 ml vials with two filling heads, one stopper-sorting head and one capping head. Dose accuracy ±1%, stoppering ≥99% (full stopper), capping ≥99.5%.
