Como funciona

When the ON/OFF key is pressed, compressed air is supplied to the pneumatic vacuum generator. The pneumatic cylinder closes the discharge valve, vacuum is established inside the hopper, and an airstream draws material from the source container through the suction hose into the vacuum hopper. After the set feeding time (adjustable), compressed air is cut off, the discharge valve opens, vacuum is released, and the material discharges by gravity into the receiving machine. Simultaneously, stored compressed air blows the filter in reverse to clean it automatically. The cycle then repeats. In level-control mode, a sensor in the receiving hopper starts and stops feeding automatically to maintain a preset material level.

Processo de funcionamento

1When the ON/OFF key is pressed, compressed air is supplied to the pneumatic vacuum generator.

Limpeza e manutenção

Loosen agraffes and remove the pneumatic vacuum pump assembly (pump + air tank + cover — do not wash with water); Remove filter assembly; blow out residual powder with compressed air, then wash repeatedly with hot water; blow dry with compressed air until fully clear; Loosen clamping rings, remove vacuum hopper, wash with water and dry
