Como funciona
Material is fed via auto-loader (PVC hose, 1 kg/lift, 3-5 s cycle) into a 40L hopper or drawn through a ∅38 self-suction tube. A 750W Delta servo motor drives a 316 stainless steel high-precision gear pump that meters volume per cycle to the single fill head. Operator selects fill volume on the Delta touchscreen + PLC HMI. Bottles are presented by an upstream servo turntable (also included) which automatically routes ∅20–100 mm bottles for filling.
