Como funciona
Fluid-bed principle: process air is drawn through EU7 pre-filter and EU9 intermediate filter (pharmaceutical grade), heated by a 3.6 kW stainless-steel electrical heater, then passed upward through the bottom chamber (SUS304, δ=3 mm) to fluidize the material. Coating/granulating nozzles (SS316L, 2 each) spray binder or coating liquid via a peristaltic pump while the bed fluidizes; a CCP bag filter (Φ450, 2 pcs) retains fines. An exhaust fan (HG-3800C 380V 2.2 kW, Siemens inverter) generates negative pressure; Siemens PLC regulates inlet air temperature and exhaust fan speed.

1Fluid-bed principle: process air is drawn through EU7 pre-filter and EU9 intermediate filter (pharmaceutical grade), heated by a 3.6 kW stainless-steel electrical heater, then passed upward through the bottom chamber (SUS304, δ=3 mm) to fluidize the material.
2Coating/granulating nozzles (SS316L, 2 each) spray binder or coating liquid via a peristaltic pump while the bed fluidizes; a CCP bag filter (Φ450, 2 pcs) retains fines.
