Como funciona
AC 220 V power is fed to the ultrasonic generator, which converts it to 20 kHz high-frequency electrical energy. The transducer converts the electrical energy to 20 kHz mechanical vibration and transmits it through the tool head to the tube joint. Intense frictional heat melts the plastic at the interface, and the parts are bonded instantly under pressure. The built-in cutter then trims the sealed tail.
