The SED-16S-T is a 16-channel electronic counting machine designed for integration into a complete bottling production line (counting + capping + neck-banding). It handles tablets (diameter 3-23 mm), capsules (size 1-5#)

Como funciona
16 vibration channels with three-stage electromagnetic vibration distribute pieces evenly. Infrared photoelectric counting heads detect each piece as it falls; when the preset count is reached, a high-speed solenoid valve actuates a cylinder gate to release the counted batch into the bottle. A photoelectric sensor detects bottle presence; the machine auto-stops on a missing or jammed bottle and resumes automatically when the condition clears.
