Como funciona
Inline air rinser: bottles travel in single file on a 82.6 × 38.1 plastic-steel chain plate; a photoelectric sensor counts each bottle, an AirTAC pneumatic cylinder positions it under the cleaning head; clean compressed air (0.2-0.25 MPa) is blown into the bottle to dislodge dust, then a vacuum aspirator (Shanghai pump) draws the dust-laden air out via a plastic suction tube; cleaned bottles index forward to the next station. Siemens PLC + HMI sequence the operation; Inovance servo controls indexing.
