Como funciona
Bottles enter via conveyor; feed screw spaces them; star wheel transfers to turntable. 9-station rotary table (servo-driven, no gears/belts) self-rotates each bottle. Labeling units peel labels from roll stock via stripper plate; sponge roller presses labels onto the bottle surface. Basler vision camera detects bottle texture position for relative-position labeling. Leuze photosensor detects label-stop position automatically. Modular labeling stations can be removed/added for single or dual-label configurations. Exit star wheel returns labeled bottles to conveyor.
