Palletised loads (up to 2000 kg, max 1220×1220×2000 mm) are placed on the 1650 mm diameter turntable (turntable height 85 mm). The turntable rotates at 0–12 rpm (VFD-adjustable). The powered pre-stretch film carriage (250% pre-stretch) travels up and down the thickened 450×450 mm column via double-chain and cold-drawn elevator rails; film carriage up/down speed independently adjustable. Film sensor auto-detects load height and wraps automatically. On completion, the turntable auto-resets. Film-break alarm: machine stops automatically when film is exhausted or broken; re-attach film and press Start to resume wrapping from the break point.
Processo de funcionamento
1Palletised loads (up to 2000 kg, max 1220×1220×2000 mm) are placed on the 1650 mm diameter turntable (turntable height 85 mm).
2The turntable rotates at 0–12 rpm (VFD-adjustable).
3The powered pre-stretch film carriage (250% pre-stretch) travels up and down the thickened 450×450 mm column via double-chain and cold-drawn elevator rails; film carriage up/down speed independently adjustable.
4Film sensor auto-detects load height and wraps automatically.
5On completion, the turntable auto-resets.
