Film roll is vertically formed into bags (VFFS); interchangeable measuring cups meter product; back-seal heat-sealing mode; stepper motor controls bag length steplessly (no part changes required); gravity-driven motor paper-feed system doubles film paper length, producing flat even bags with accurate colour-mark registration; embedded heat-seal head with intelligent temperature control and reinforced heat-seal mechanism; toothed cutter (3-side seal) or straight cutter (4-side seal) cuts bags; integrated hot-stamp batch number and counter.
