Como funciona
Bottle unscrambler stands bottles upright → air-wash machine (32-head disc) flips 180° and cleans interior/exterior with clean compressed air → 16-needle servo tracking filling (filling needles move with bottles synchronously), Mitsubishi servo motor controls 316L SS pump for metered filling → 12-head capping with mechanical mould bottle-clamp positioning, cap feed by hanging-cap method.
