Como funciona
10-station automated workflow: (1) bag forming and metered fill via screw metering; (2-3) vibration to settle material; (4) fold bag mouth into M shape; (5) pre-seal/virtual seal to hold M shape; (6) flatten the four edges into small arcs; (7) drop conveyor (front high, back low) to release bag from die box; (8) bag ejection; (9) count and convey into vacuum chamber for vacuum then heat sealing; (10) trim excess bag mouth and output finished product. Internal-suction vacuum design provides high vacuum degree, especially advantageous for powders.
