Como funciona
Filled bottles enter via conveyor; a screw separator spaces them evenly; satisfaction photoelectric triggers PLC to rotate the star-wheel which holds and rotates each bottle; at the labeling station the product detection sensor triggers the servo engine to peel and apply the label, and a label-rolling mechanism smooths it to the bottle surface; the labeled bottle then exits via the discharge star-wheel.
Processo de funcionamento
