SED-150BJQ-H Extruder and Cutter — small benchtop extrusion and cutting machine designed for small factories, shops, restaurants, and laboratories. Consists of three independently VFD-controlled sections: feeder (hopper)
Como funciona
A screw auger pushes material from the hopper through the outlet mold to form a continuous extrudate. The conveyor belt carries the continuous strand to the cutter. The cutter severs it at a set frequency to produce pieces of the desired length. All three sections (feeder / conveyor / cutter) are independently VFD speed-controlled to match different product weights and lengths. Changing the outlet mold changes the cross-section shape (round, finger, oval, square, flap, etc.). No baking or secondary forming needed for compatible products.

Turn off power before cleaning. Disassemble: unscrew mold locking screw; unscrew spindle locking lid clockwise and unplug roller mandrel; remove roller and screws; pull out hopper. Clean all food-contact parts. Avoid touching moving parts. Use appropriate tools; refer to maintenance manual.
