Como funciona

Two truncated-cone halves form a sealed cylinder mounted on a horizontal rotating shaft. As the cylinder rotates at 12 rpm, gravity, friction, and the cone geometry continuously fold and reorient the powder bed, producing uniform mixing without dead corners. Discharge through a stainless steel butterfly valve when the discharge port is rotated to vertical (use inching control to position).

Limpeza e manutenção

Pre-production: wipe outside with damp cloth, inside with damp cloth, hopper with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside/outside; sanitize hopper with 75% alcohol. Remove the rotating drum after each use to clear residual powder.
