Empty PET bottles are conveyed by 2.5 m air conveyor to the 14-station rinser (clean wash water at 0.18-0.25 MPa, ~500 kg/h consumption) → 12-station gravity filler with electronic liquid-level switches (filling precision ≤±5 mm, filling pressure <0.4 MPa) → 5-station capper with magnetic constant-torque heads → output via 2 m discharge conveyor with lamp inspection box.
