Explosion-proof motors + servo positioning throughout. First row (12 stations): medium-pressure medium-temperature (40–60°C) purified-water rinse of interior and exterior. Second and third rows: alcohol rinse of interior and exterior (the two rinse zones separated by square tubing). From the fourth row onward: ambient-temperature high-pressure air blow-drying of bottle interior — bottles held inverted so internal airflow from the duct continuously dries the bottle walls rapidly without heat (alcohol-safe). Vortex airflow design enhances drying efficiency.
