Como funciona
Raw material is manually loaded into the hopper with agitator. A horizontal equidistant forced screw feeder pre-compacts the material while assisting degassing. Vertically-arranged rollers under hydraulic pressure compact the material into flakes. A crusher pre-breaks the flakes, which then pass through two-stage D-type screens for granulation. Roller cooling uses negative-pressure industrial chiller circulation.
