Como funciona
Tablets move through complex trajectories inside a clean, enclosed rotating drum, flipping smoothly and changing positions frequently. The spray gun, fed by a peristaltic pump (film coating) or syrup pump (sugar coating), sprays the coating medium onto the tablets. Hot air circulates through the drum under negative pressure and exhausted through bag-type dust collectors, rapidly drying the coating medium to form a strong, dense, smooth film on the tablet surface.
Processo de funcionamento
1Tablets move through complex trajectories inside a clean, enclosed rotating drum, flipping smoothly and changing positions frequently.
