Como funciona
Treated drinking water is pumped into the filling tank. When filling starts, the vacuum pump is activated; the vacuum ball valve is adjusted to achieve the required negative pressure in the return tank. When liquid level exceeds the high level, the return pump runs; when it falls to low level, the return pump stops. The filling section comprises a stainless steel recovery tank + stainless steel return pipe (no dead corners) + 304 SS liquid tank; all product-contact parts in 304 SS with mirror-polished inner surfaces. The filling system has auto temperature control: monitors and displays product temperature; auto-stops and alarms on high/low temperature. Capper uses snap-and-screw technology with 6 capping heads; accurate torque.
