Como funciona

Two unequal-length cylindrical arms joined at an angle form a V-shape barrel rotated by a gear-motor at 24 r/min. As the V rotates, material splits and recombines asymmetrically, generating a transverse driving force that exchanges material laterally between the two arms; about 25% of material crosses per revolution, achieving uniform mixing in minutes without mechanical squeezing or strong friction (so particles stay intact). Manual top loading and a butterfly-valve bottom outlet enable dust-free operation.

Limpeza e manutenção

Power off and lock out before cleaning. Open butterfly outlet valve and discharge all residual material; smooth stainless inner wall has no dead corners and can be wiped clean with neutral detergent. Clean inlet and outlet ports between products to avoid cross-contamination.
