Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) head heats tiny resistor pads in each nozzle to flash-vaporize a microdroplet of ink that ejects onto the substrate; ink is supplied from a 42 mL drop-in cartridge or an external bulk-bag continuous supply system. A photoeye sensor wired to the trigger input detects each passing product and fires the print sequence; an optional encoder input keeps print scaling accurate as line speed varies. The 7-inch touchscreen is the entire UI — operators edit, save, recall and print recipes in the on-board OS without an external PC.

Ink and cleaner are flammable and volatile — store in well-ventilated area at 0-28°C, away from sunlight and ignition sources, per local fire codes. Do not allow ink/cleaner to enter local drainage system. Use eye and hand protection during ink/cleaner handling. Use OEM consumables — non-OEM ink voids warranty.

Limpeza e manutenção
After use, if machine will sit idle for more than 20 minutes, remove cartridge, snap cartridge clip closed, and store in a sealed bag to prevent nozzle drying. Wipe nozzle plate gently with OEM cleaning swab if print quality drops. Keep ink and cleaner away from skin, eyes and open flame.
