Como funciona
Motor drives triangular belt → worm wheel + worm shaft → gear shaft. The five-angle hob on the gear shaft is rotated periodically by an eccentric crankshaft and lifting rack. Wet powder fed into the hopper is forced through the screen mesh by the rotating hob to form granules. For dry crushing: condensed lump material is broken by the five-angle hob and forced through the screen.
Processo de funcionamento
1Motor drives triangular belt → worm wheel + worm shaft → gear shaft.

3Wet powder fed into the hopper is forced through the screen mesh by the rotating hob to form granules.

Limpeza e manutenção
Clean machine after each production batch. Replace seals on both ends of worm shaft regularly. Replace lube/grease periodically. SS304 contact parts allow water/alcohol cleaning.
