Como funciona
Two-station rotary automatic loading places empty soft tubes; a colour-mark sensor (Panasonic) registers the tube print position; a servo filling system meters product (3-30g, +-1% accuracy) into each tube; the tube tail is heated by two heat heads (3.3kW each) and a chiller unit (2.0kW) cools the seal; the sealed tail is crimped/embossed (linear, knurled or shaped) and batch-coded; trimmer cuts excess material; finished tubes are discharged.
