SED-100JDM1-G integrated CO2 laser coding machine. Air-cooled metal RF CO2 laser source, 30 W power, 10.6 μm wavelength, 0.02 mm line width, minimum character height 0.3 mm, marking depth ~0.04 mm (substrate-dependent).
Como funciona
RF-excited 30 W metal CO2 laser produces a 10.6 μm beam, steered by a high-speed digital galvanometer through an imported F-θ lens onto the product surface; precise vector marking permanently chars/etches the substrate with no consumables. (CIJ variant in legacy manual: pressurized ink jet broken into uniform drops by piezo vibration; electrically charged drops deflected onto substrate at up to 740 characters/sec.)
