Como funciona

Material drops from the stainless-steel hopper into a crushing chamber where a 2Cr13 heat-treated main shaft spins at 2350–4360 r/min. The shaft carries one sharp blade and one impact blade running against fixed cutters; high-speed shearing combined with impact reduces the feed to 12–120 mesh in a single pass. A fan on the side of the chamber draws air through the crushing zone, sweeping out heat and pulling fines through a removable 304 stainless screen mesh. Output fineness is set by selecting screen mesh and/or adjusting rotor speed.

Limpeza e manutenção

Pre-shift: wipe outer surfaces with damp cloth; open machine and wipe interior; wipe hopper with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside/outside with damp cloth; disinfect hopper with alcohol. After each run, remove the rotating blade disk and screen, brush out residual powder, then reassemble. Replace reducer lubricant and bearing grease every ≤6 months.
