Servo-driven film unwind, draw, form-fill-seal and rewind cycle controlled from an MCGS HMI and Cotrust PLC. Servo motors govern dosing and packaging speed; integral cutter, sealing jaws (S136 vacuum-heat-treated tooling) and powder catcher form the small packs and rewind them onto a take-up reel. Tray sensor triggers automatic refill of the material hopper.

2Servo motors govern dosing and packaging speed; integral cutter, sealing jaws (S136 vacuum-heat-treated tooling) and powder catcher form the small packs and rewind them onto a take-up reel.
