Como funciona
The drum is mounted on offset arms driven by an eccentric mechanism. As the motor (with cycloidal reducer) rotates the support, the drum simultaneously swings in three dimensions (rotation + translation + oscillation). This produces alternating pulse motion within the powder, generating vortices with varying energy gradients — so particles continuously cross paths and refresh contact, achieving uniform mixing of different bulk densities and particle sizes without segregation. Discharge via SS304 butterfly valve.
