Bottles enter via two-rail clamping conveyor (LG60BL DC brushless motors, 20-60 m/min) which gaps and accelerates them so they arrive at fixed pitch. They cross the 250 mm weighing belt sitting on a Mettler-Toledo/HBM dynamic load cell (1000 g range, 0.01 g resolution); CJ1200 1800 sps single-chip meter computes the dynamic weight against the active recipe's Hi/Go/Lo bands, controlled by SICK photoelectric trigger windows. Out-of-spec bottles are removed mid-line by a high-speed SMC air-blow/cylinder rejector into a stainless catch box; in-spec product passes through. System auto-tunes sample/reject timing to product size and line speed.
