Como funciona
Main motor → V-belt → worm/worm-gear reducer → coating pan rotates clockwise. Pan inclination 20°–40° adjusted via rear handwheel. VFD controls pan speed 0–46 r/min. Sprayed syrup/coating is dried by hot air blown into the pan. Reducer lubricated with N460 worm-gear oil (SHC 634 alternative), 3.5–4 L.

Limpeza e manutenção
Wipe pan before each start. For long downtime: disconnect power, wipe clean; if copper pan, coat surface with oil to prevent oxidation. Replace reducer lubricant every 6 months.
