Como funciona
Wet material is loaded; thermal-oil/steam jacket (3 heating units, 0.3–0.8 MPa design pressure) and an internal Φ1300 × 12 mm SS304 heating coil heat the shell. Vacuum pump pulls to −0.096 MPa. Drive motor (55 kW) rotates shaft (3–10 rpm via VFD). Left- and right-handed rake teeth (paddle and shaped) at 90° offsets continuously move material outward to both ends then back to center, keeping material in constant motion to prevent wall caking. Vapors are removed under vacuum; organic vapors can be recovered. When the material reaches target moisture, heating stops, vacuum is released, and dried material is discharged via pneumatic ball-valve (DN300).
