Como funciona
Bottles are conveyed via a stainless-steel conveyor belt onto a servo-positioned indexing turntable. At the fill station, the RUNZE gear pump (servo-driven) dispenses liquid to plus or minus 1% accuracy. Bottles then index to the screw-capping station where a variable-frequency capping motor applies and torques the cap. Finally, the labeling station (with German SICK label sensor for label detection) applies a self-adhesive label. A Weinview 7-inch touchscreen and Panasonic PLC coordinate all three stations.
Processo de funcionamento
1Bottles are conveyed via a stainless-steel conveyor belt onto a servo-positioned indexing turntable.
2At the fill station, the RUNZE gear pump (servo-driven) dispenses liquid to plus or minus 1% accuracy.
3Bottles then index to the screw-capping station where a variable-frequency capping motor applies and torques the cap.
4Finally, the labeling station (with German SICK label sensor for label detection) applies a self-adhesive label.
5A Weinview 7-inch touchscreen and Panasonic PLC coordinate all three stations.
