Como funciona
Two-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane mechanism. A rotor installed eccentrically in the pump cylinder carries two vanes in radial slots; centrifugal force and spring tension keep the vane tips sealed against the cylinder wall. As the rotor turns, the intake cavity expands to inhale gas while the exhaust cavity compresses it; oil-pressure lifts the exhaust valve plate to discharge. A gas ballast valve admits a controlled air bleed to the exhaust stage, raising the partial pressure of non-condensable gas above the vapour dew point so condensable vapours are swept out before condensing in the oil.
