Fonctionnement

Material is fed via a vibrating inlet hopper into 1.8 L ABS buckets mounted on the conveyor chain. The chain, driven by a 0.75 kW GH gear-motor with VFD, lifts the loaded buckets along the Z-path (1 m horizontal inlet → 1.7 m vertical lift → 1 m horizontal outlet). At the discharge end, buckets tip and release material into the downstream equipment. An overload protection device prevents bucket jamming. Adjustable leveling feet allow floor-level compensation.
