Fonctionnement

Material is fed at the bottom by a vibrating hopper → C208 stainless-steel chain (with internal nylon beads) drives food-grade PP buckets (1.8 L, pitch 139 mm) vertically upward → material discharges from the outlet (Φ200 mm, 4.1 m height). Gear-reduction motor drive. Photoelectric sensor + time-delay relay for auto start/stop. Overload slip limiter (load limiter) protects against jamming. Bucket max load: 2/3 of capacity (≤1 kg/bucket). Gear-oil change every 1000 working hours.

Nettoyage et entretien

Open front door to remove all buckets for daily cleaning; reinstall bucket by bucket. Check chain tension daily. Change gearbox oil every 1000 working hours.
