Fonctionnement
The eccentric center-of-mass of each cap causes correctly oriented caps to climb the inclined elevator belt while mis-oriented caps fall back into the hopper for re-orientation. The conveyor belt then delivers the correctly oriented caps to a downstream cap-placement device that places them onto bottles moving on the production line — no manual intervention required throughout the process.
