SED-YX — Cap-pressing and Capping Machine

Filled bottles arrive on the conveyor and are indexed by the customized rotary disc into the capping station. Caps from the cap-feeding channel (vibratory bowl or chute) drop into the cap-pickup position above each bottle. The cap-pressing-and-capping head descends, applies cap, and rotates with constant-torque control — once the preset torque is met the head automatically stops, ensuring consistent cap tightness and preventing thread strip. For snap-on caps the head is swapped to a pure pressing configuration. Photoelectric sensors detect missing or jammed bottles and pause the line; resumption is automatic on clearance.
