Fonctionnement

Unscrambler: storage hopper + elevator feed + SICK sensor VFD auto-speed control + flexible nylon paddles + bottle-flip + pneumatic tipped-bottle rejection. Air rinser: powerful mechanical 304-cast + PTFE + synthetic rubber gripper jaws flip bottles 180° mouth-down + continuous tracking purified-air blow-wash + solenoid valve controls air/time + VFD speed control. Filling & capping: screw infeed → rotary disc continuous transport → servo-tracking 16-head 316L plunger pump fill (fill needle servo lift: dips to bottle bottom and rises slowly to prevent foaming) + 12-head magnetic-silicone torque-adjustable rotary capper. Checkweigher: conveyor + empty-pack photoelectric detection + auto zero tracking + filter + push-plate/air-blow rejection.
