Fonctionnement
Rinser: variable-frequency speed control + distribution valve strictly controlling rinse/drain time; bottles flipped 180°. Filler: non-contact filling (bottle mouth does not touch filling valve), damped-flow channel prevents foaming, reverse-seal prevents dripping, atmospheric-pressure liquid infeed, PLC auto-compensation (time/temperature/alcohol strength/liquid level), touchscreen online adjustment. Capper: synchronous chain-plate pressing, no marks post-capping, auto cap hanging and sorting. Dryer: Taiwan Gaorui blower + auto silencing + air filtration + pressurization, brush-free no dust contamination.
