Fonctionnement
Bottle feeder: manual placement on disc, disc rotation + track guidance feeds bottles to conveyor. Inline filler/plug/capper: linear bottle conveying + neck-gripping alignment + servo peristaltic pump 12-head filling (individual or fine adjustment) + rotary cap-grabbing mechanism 8-head inner stopper pressing + 8-head torque-controlled capping (bottle clamping + top-cap device). No bottle = no fill / no stopper / no outer cap interlock. PLC + touchscreen + VFD.
