Fonctionnement

The bottle unscrambler orients and feeds bottles into the rotary-drum air rinser. Bottles are diverted by a star wheel, inverted 180° inside the air-wash chamber, and a pneumatic needle nozzle purges each bottle interior; exhaust air is extracted by a dedicated high-pressure suction fan and filtered before discharge. The 10-head inline oil filler uses straight-pull plunger pumps (coarse + fine metering adjustment); a nitrogen-flushing station fills before capping. Automatic cap-drop and dual-head crimp-capper seal each bottle. PLC + touchscreen + variable-frequency drive throughout.
