Fonctionnement
Bottles are loaded into the SED-800ZP-W elevator hopper; the lift conveyor transfers bottles into the φ800 mm unscrambler bowl where the rotary disc takes one bottle per slot (SICK photoelectric/fiber sensors, auto-stop on full-output or cap jam, no-bottle-in-disc alarm). Bottles enter the SED-12-8GX-W machine: 12 316L SS piston pumps draw from the closed 60 L storage tank and dose simultaneously; fill volume and speed are set via HMI, with no-bottle-no-fill pneumatic separation. Filled bottles index to the 8-head rotary capper: vibratory bowl + chute feeds caps; magnetic-clutch capping heads with torque-slip ensure consistent tightness; mould-swap changes bottle/cap format. Capped bottles go through the vertical labeler (φ16–90 mm bottles, label width 20–90 mm, stepper motor drive + SICK/Keyence sensors).
