Fonctionnement
Operators load empty 10L buckets in two columns. Each pair indexes to the 2-nozzle rotor-pump filler (room-temperature ketchup, hopper-mixer fed) for ±1% dosing. Filled buckets index to the 2-head film-seal station where heat-sealable roll film is cut and bonded onto the bucket rim at 0-300°C. Lids are placed at the next 2-station, then pressed and capped at the 2-station press-capper.
