Fonctionnement
Operators load bottles onto the SED-ZP-M rotary feeder (220V, 0.55kW, φ800mm SS turntable, buttons by Fuji Japan, speed-controlled motor). Bottles index into the integrated SED-1-1-1XGS-H-M machine: a high-precision peristaltic pump fills via a 316L anti-suckback needle (HMI dose entry, no-bottle-no-fill). Bottles index to the stoppering station where a vibratory bowl orients inner stoppers and a cylinder presses one in (no-bottle-no-stopper). Bottles then index to the three-jaw magnetic capping station; new design uses an oil-impregnated material in place of belts (low-noise, no debris) plus an anti-spin bottle clamp.
